Payment Terms
 
A 50% deposit will be required upon confirmation of the order and full payment, including delivery charge, will be taken before delivery. For bespoke items full payment will be required before the item is finished to your specific requirements. Delivery times are dependent on stock availability and will be stated at the time of order confirmation.
 
 
Item Description
 
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, pictures and specifications are correct. All dimensions are approximate and while we make every effort to reproduce colour accurately there may be slight colour & size variations that occur.
 
For many of the antique style wooden painted furniture/mirrors, any visible stains, marks and cracks are part of the desired finish and should not be considered as defects. Colours may vary slightly and cracks may appear overtime, this is normal and part of the desired effect and will not be accepted as faulty or returned.
 
 
Refunds Policy
 
Casa Nikita Interiors is sure that on receipt of your items you will be wowed over.  However in the unlikely event you should want to return an item to us, we are happy to offer all customers 7 days from delivery in which to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all ordered goods fit into the home and that there is no restricted access. We cannot accept refunds for goods that cannot fit into the home or cannot be delivered due to access problems.
 
Any damaged item must be reported to Casa Nikita Interiors within 48hrs of delivery via e-mail or in writing.
 
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 the 7 day money back guarantee commences from the time the customer or the customer’s representative receives and signs for the goods. Refunds are not offered after the seven day period expires. The only items excluded from this guarantee are bespoke items which have been finished specifically to your requirements.
 
Should you wish to return your items in accordance with this regulation we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, however the buyer is responsible for the carriage costs involved in the return of the item. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit when returning.
 
The buyer must give written notice to us by letter or e-mail (info@casanikita.com) giving details of the item and reason for return within 7 days of receipt.  After receipt of notification from us the item should be returned to the address below:

We will forward your refund within 30 days of us receiving the returned items back to us. In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be with the original packaging.
